The reality
FMGE pass rate for foreign medical graduates was 19.4% in 2023. Roughly 4 out of 5 foreign MBBS graduates do not clear the licensing exam on their first attempt.

The reality
Full-tuition scholarships for Indian undergraduates at UK Russell Group universities are in the low single digits per year, nationally. No consultant has a pipeline to them.

No university or consultant can legally guarantee placement. The actual graduate employment rate (12 months post-graduation) varies from 38% to 78% depending on country and program.

The reality
That money comes from the university's commission to the consultant, folded into your tuition. A "free laptop" costs your family ₹60,000–₹1,20,000 in inflated fees across the course.

The reality
Advertised "all-in" figures usually exclude visa, insurance, first-month deposit, medical tests, translation fees, and return flights. The real Year 1 cost is 1.4–2.1× the advertised number.

HOW DO YOU HANDLE YEAR GAPS?
Gaps aren't failures — they're potential. But they need justification. We build a narrative around your gap using evidence, personal growth, and your story. 2-year gap? Manageable. 8-year gap? We need an 8-year explanation. Be honest, and we'll make it work.
